Ponder this ...

Until recently Richard Swinburne was the Nolloth Professor of the Philosophy of the Christian Religion at Oxford University. The second edition edition of his The Existence of God was recently reviewed in the TLS. I just happened to come upon this mention of him at Fides Quaerens Intellectum: Has Richard Swinburne Lost His Brain? Read carefully.

  1. Hmmmm...well I've heard it said that women are always in their right mind (because we use the right side more than the left)LOL!

That is an interesting premise but I think the answer lies in the fact that he concludes that the 'soul' is attached to the brain. Therefore it goes where the brain goes.

God 'breathes' life into each body, so from that I conclude that our whole being contains the essence of who we are (or the soul).

Can we share it? I don't know!

They've made movies, and there have been documented medical cases where people that were gifted with someone elses parts, picked up a behavior of the donor person.

I've never tried to study it!
