Maxine has suggested ...

... that I "do an aggregate post with links to" all the really nice things people are saying about me. I wasn't going to, because it seemed unbecoming, but I'll sleep on it. I am, of course, immensely grateful. And I will have something to say in connection with it. But for now I'm just going to chill.

    Oh Frank, I do hope that you decide to do it. I have read so many truly lovely things about you yesterday and today. Not empty praise, but meaningful and thoughtful pieces by people whose careers you have started. It is quite a tribute, to an exceptional person.
