  1. I doubt he said "actual" : it destroys the meter and is so explicit that the line's subtlety is thereby lost.

    See how much better it is when you take that word out.

  2. The Latin quote is this: Ignavi coram morte quidam animam trahunt, audaces autem illam non saltem adverunt.Shakespeare renders it, "Cowards die many times before their death." But you are right. The actually dies mess it up.
