A good deal of today has been spent online and on the phone trying to fix a problem with one of my programs -- a program I pay for. The problem is fixed. The technical staff I dealt with -- people at Realplayer -- were wonderfully competent and pleasant. But what is routine for them is exhausting for this old guy. Not only could I not blog while I was engaged in getting out of the way while they fixed the problem, but I now don't feel much like blogging or doing anything much else. So blogging will be light until tomorrow.
